Those who were hired and supported the empire vision in 2006-2008 are now in much higher positions and perhaps with some key political support may just be trying for a renewed empire build towards a Provincial Police again..

Or.. perhaps fund and outfit two RCMP FULLTIME Emergency response teams and have them hunt these fugitives!
These FASST teams were also tried - and disbanded !
They end up running into dangerous fugitives all too often.
